The Steps

Our process starts with the establishment of agreed 'Kit Specifications', which contain every service and physical detail associated with that particular product offering.
The design team may have been involved in packaging specification, graphics and production detailing of the product to ensure our experience with digital media distribution enhances the perceived value to your customer.
IT & Technical aspects may involve our XML programming team and computer developments speaking with your technical or operations division.
Each 'Service Order' starts with some form of data file containing relevant fulfilment details about:
• a) Our clients reference
• b) The product kit
• c) The end customer delivery details.
We manage the database including supply & inventory, manufacture the CD/DVDs, diskettes or I-CD cards, procure the packaging and any other 'products' required.
The products are assembled to a generic product stage and then transferred to the secure customization area where label printers, high speed ink jetting and laser printers produce the individual packs. Each pack gets a barcode that allows us to track it through all the way to your customer.
While our client receives a data file that includes despatch details and tracking information, your end customer can receive an email confirming their order delivery and offers a courier pack track website.
